Dear Ms. Gensmer:

Thank you for a most pleasant experience in the purchase of our Rogers 905 organ from your Rodgers Studio. You and your organization are a good reflection on how the process of placing church organs should be done. The product and the service are both consistent and excellent.

You are outdone by only one thing, which more than anything else sold us on the Rodgers - the incredible sound of those instruments! It simply outshines anything else that we could find at any price. If we couldn't have found that sound within our price range. I think that we would still be playing the old Conn, and we may have lost all hope of ever getting a new instrument. In fact, at close to twice the price, the other brand doesn't come close-to sounding hall as good!

Now, as the installation is approaching completion, we feel very fortunate to have that sound of a pipe organ so realistically present to enhance our worship. The instrument will surely bless the Lord as it encourages good praising through music.

Some thoughts about the way you conducted business with us - thank you that you were never pushy or impatient with us as a committee, but on the contrary, you were helpful in providing us the technical and artistic assistance that enabled us to make an informed choice. Jim Hockin was a great help in giving us the time to digest the wonderful variety of tone colors on his parish's Rodgers 960, and we look forward to his consultations with our organists. Denny Davis gave us excellent guidance and did a marvelous job on the installation.

The fact that you were so forthcoming with this technical and artistic assistance gave us much confidence in your organization. We felt that your Rodgers Studio has a quality infrastructure for technical and artistic support, as well as customer service and installation.

We feel that it is required of servants of the Lord to give a good accounting of the resources entrusted to them. In our case, the funds accumulated from donor gifts and memorials was entrusted to us with the charge that we make a good investment of the Lord's money and resources to bring glory and honor to Christ - that sounds kind of heavy! But we feel that the Lord Jesus is pleased with our result!

It will be so exciting to see the way our congregation's worship life will grow as we press on ahead into the future with our new Rodgers 905 organ, antiphonal division, and the PR300 Thanks again for making this a glorious experience!

Sincerely,

Minister of Music
