Dear Jim,

You may have forgotten it has been so long and so much has happened. Each Sunday when the organ leads us in worship I am reminded of your part in making this all happen. Over the years, no matter how busy, you have willingly taken the time to play for the dedication of the Chapel of Peace and the new organ as well as for our worship services. So far, though, one thing is still missing. That is your having the opportunity to play our organ for the Sunday worship services, especially since you know what it was like to play on the various instruments that somewhat resembled an organ sound.

This has been a busy early part of the year as we have discharged approximately 60 residents, and I have moved into a new office area right behind the wall by the new organ in the Chapel of Peace. All this has happened in preparation for the major construction project that is scheduled to begin on May 19.

1 have to find out from you how you like your new Rogers at IHM? Has it been dedicated yet or are you waiting until it is officially approved?
