If you are looking for a different version try this for a recessional:

Solo out the melody on the Swell using a festival trumpet or another 8' trumpet with full swell if needed. Use the left hand on the Great at a level of volume that is softer than the Swell. Be sure the Swell is uncoupled.

I have employed a soft portion that is somewhat more meditative. Try using the flute celeste and add more sound as you like, maybe even a string celeste? I am sure you will notice that I am "playing with" the harmonies for this verse - it is a bit different but you can just play it as written if you do not feel daring.

When the "Glory, Glory..." theme comes back in I employ a pretty full organ with the crescendo pedal open around 3/4, everything coupled! But be careful about reeds that scream too much. Use your musical judgement. I have also added the Timpani (PC #48) to the pedal and the cymbal (PC #120, VAR 127) to the Swell. Use a B-flat - F alternating pattern on the pedal. Try to be a real timpani. The cymbal on the swell can be added for emphasis where you like by just bringing your left hand up to the swell and "hitting" a chord that then addsa a cymbal crash. Don't overdo it and it will remain tasteful.
